The institute’s Office of Communications assists with the following:

• Branding needs such as logos; presentation templates, stationery, and approvals for logo use
• Communications about new discoveries, via social media posts, news releases, and internal and donor newsletters
• Recognition for grants, awards, promotions and other milestones via email announcements, lobby signage, social media posts and/or news releases
• Creation of new lab and center websites in the UF Health Web Services Apollo 2.0 WordPress theme
• Managing requests to UF Health Creative Services for design of brochures, multimedia projects and other printed materials bearing the institute’s brand
• Photography and videography needs
• Mention on our social media channels
• Mention in the internal campus newsletter
